Start by sliding the four ports open on top of the baby scale. For easy storage, the tray comes in two pieces. Make them one by fitting the grooved ends together and snapping them in place. Once the tray is one solid piece, place it on the baby scale and line its feet up with the four open ports. Lock it in place by securing the tray's four fasteners to the baby scale with the included assembly key.
